Fall tablescapes ...

I've started planning for our Thanksgiving table and have found inspiration in gorgeous tabletop photos everywhere. And, the best part ... few to no pumpkins or fallen leaves! Love the colors and casual ease without the leftover pumpkin decor from Halloween.

I have a personal preference for warm woods, natural elements and nubby linens for fall with no gourd overload.

Then, there is always the flip side. Glam has its place in my heart as well. But, I prefer to reserve formal looks for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The important part of our Thanksgiving celebration is spending it with family. And, while no one really cares if the table has all utensils in the right spot, a little tablesetting refresher never hurts.

Now, I'm off to the studio to make glassware. Yep, recycled wine bottles for our rustic drinking glasses. Hope this goes well!

Absolutely! I've removed the wine labels. cut the bottles to make glasses. Now, I need to sand these babies and etch a design. I'll post photos and a tutorial soon.
