On the menu: Cheesy Bacon Bombs

Everyone loves bacon! So, when you need quick and yummy appetizers or game night munchies, cheesy bacon is the bomb. I know, it's not health food, but sometimes you've just have to splurge.

Thanks to Oh Bite It, we can all make these delectable treats.

1 can (8ct.) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits
Mozzarella Cheese (cut into 1″ cubes)
2 lbs. of Bacon (1 slice per Bomb)
Wood skewers or long toothpicks
Oil for frying (Vegetable or Canola)
Cut the cheese into small cubes, and cut each biscuit into fourths. Place one cheese cube inside a biscuit quarter, and roll it tightly to enclose cheese.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each bomb, and secure it with a skewer or toothpick.
In a med/large pot, heat up approx. 2″ of oil (to 350 degrees) and fry the bombs in small batches. Maybe one or two at a time, the oil will expand so stay close.
Drain the bombs on paper towels, then, serve while warm. YUM!!
