Petal power ...

If I roll around in my garden's fallen rose petals, the neighbors may begin to wonder about me. So, instead, I must relish the spring blossoms in floral fabrics for my wardrobe and home.

I adore the botanical prints Stella McCartney used in her swing coat and shift. I would wear these in a heartbeat.

On the runway, designs by Carolina Herrera (left) and Tracy Reese (above) show the beauty of floral fashions in black and white.

Pillows are a great way to bring the beauty of spring inside. Charming woodblock prints detail the magnolia blossom on a pillow from Allem Studio (above).

I mentioned in a post last week that I'm particularly drawn to botanical prints this spring. So, it's no wonder that floral fabrics have found their way to my table, too.

Lush naturals in napkins, tablecloths and runners are my preferred dining partners right now.

I'm glad to see furniture designers jumping on the botanical bandwagon, too.

This chair fulfills deux of my desires du jour - florals and chartreuse! Oh so yummy. I love it.
