Ever since my friend Cynthia shared photos of her summer house, La Sussurrata, built on the island of Paros, in the heart of the Cyclades, Greece, I have been in love with the indigenous whitewashed, stucco villas with blue trim. I can only imagine the cool, blue Aegean Sea lapping onto the cobbled, waterfront paths.
Cynthia is a renown artist who spends summers on the island conducting creative workshops and crafting amazing artwork. This is surely a place that infuses creatives with a hefty dose of inspiration!

I've never seen an arch I didn't like. Give me one with a view of the sea, and my heart is set aflutter. It's love at first sight!
What is it with the wall plaster that makes me swoon? It must be something in the way it caresses paint so gently, yet holds bold hues with vibrant confidence. All the best attributes we look for in a mate. Wow, what a revelation. Oh, if only Dr. Freud were here right now!
